Recipe: lazy pierogi bake

Lazy Pierogi Bake

1 package 16oz spiral pasta
1 pound slice bacon diced
2 med onions chopped
2 minced garlic cloves
1/2 pound mushrooms sliced
2 cans 14oz sauerkraut rinced & drained
3 cans cream of mushroom soup undiluted
1/2 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon celery seed
1/2 teaspoon pepper
cook pasta according to package. meanwhile in a skillet cook bacon drain reserving 2 tablespoon dripping. saute
the onions add mushrooms cook till tender. stir in the sauerkraut & 1/2 bacon.In a bowl combine soup milk celery seed & pepper.Drain pasta. 1/4 of the pasta in 2 13-9 baking dish top each wiht a 1/4 of the sauerkraut & soup mixture. repeat layers. Cover & bake 350 25 min. Uncover sprikle with remaining bacon. bake 10-15min longer or intil heated through. this came out of this months "Tast of Home"
