Recipe: Lobster Pate

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup white wine
1/4 teaspoon onion salt
1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
1/8 teaspoon dried dill
1 1/2 cup cooked lobster, finely chopped (canned or fresh)
Beat cream cheese in wine until smooth and creamy. Blend onion, salt and dill. Stir in lobster, cover and refrigerate several hours.
VARIATION:
To serve as dip, add wine and sour cream.
