Recipe(tried): Long Sweet Peppers in Mazola Oio

Clean sweet peppers and put in hot mazola oil just until skin starts cracking.Make sure oil isn't so hot that peppers burn. Then bring to a boil: 1 quart vinegar, 3 quarts water, and 1 cup barrel salt. Put sweet peppers in quart jars and add 1 or 2 hot peppers and fill with boiling brine and seal. Very good.
