Macaroni Salad
This one wins them over every time and it's sooo easy to make!
1 pkg. macaroni (I prefer shells)
1/2 c. chedder cheese (chopped)
1/4 c. onion (finely chopped)
1/4 c. celery (chopped)
1/4 c. black olives (chopped)
1/4 c. miricle whip (not mayo)
salt and pepper to taste
paprika
Optional:
1 can chicken of the sea (or tuna for tuna salad)
a few chopped green olives
1/4 c. peas
Cook macaroni as directed. Let cool completely, so cheese does not melt. Mix all ingredients together and let chill in fridge overnight so all flavors blend together. Mix in another 1-2 T. of miriciple whip because noodles will absorb it overnight (you want to keep it moist). Sprinkle with paprika for color and serve!
