Recipe: Heinz Vinaigrette Pasta Salad (using fettuccini, salami, ham and cheese)

HEINZ VINAIGRETTE PASTA SALAD

1 cup Heinz Sure Bet Vinaigrette (recipe follows)
1 pound fettuccini, cooked, drained, cooled
6 ounces sliced salami, cut in 1/4-inch strips
6 ounces sliced cooked ham, cut in 1/4-inch strips
6 ounces sliced American or Swiss cheese, cut in 1/4-inch strips
3 cups fresh spinach leaves or romaine or escarole, thinly sliced
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon salt

Combine all ingredients except vinaigrette in large bowl. Pour vinaigrette over; toss until well coated.

HEINZ SURE BET VINAIGRETTE
Makes 1 1/2 cups

"Use part of the vinaigrette for this recipe and the rest as a delicious salad dressing."

1 cup olive oil
1/2 cup Heinz apple cider or white vinegar
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon dried dill weed
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

Combine ingredients in jar; shake vigorously. Refrigerate remaining dressing.

Makes 8 main-dish servings
