Recipe(tried): make ahead/freeze recipes

Misc.
Janice, I had a 40th wedding anniversary party for my parents, with a two week old baby and a two year old... I had to make ahead. Every appetizer in "Company's Coming for Christmas: Holiday Magic for Your Table" by Jean Pare, 1996 except one can be made ahead successfully without flavour or appearnce suffering. If you're doing entrees or desserts many in those chapters can also be made ahead. It's a fabulous book, I think still available. Happy Birthday.
