Recipe(tried): Manyhats - Simple Seafood Salad

Hi. As simple as it may sound, one of my most favorite salads contains those exact ingredients. All I do is put cooked, but cold, shrimp and scallops (about 4-6 of each) on a bed of romaine lettuce with the crabmeat in the center. Top it off with sliced red onions, gorgonzola cheese (important) and I like to use roasted garlic vinaigrette as my dressing. YUM!
