Thank You: Gina, Your shrimp salad

sounds really good and so does the bread. I will be giving both of them a try. The salad brought to mind another simple one (side salad) that I was served in a restaurant and made several times and had since forgotten about. It simply consisted of a few cold shrimp on top of fresh greens and drizzled with a red French/Rusian dressing that had been perked up with some horseradish and Worcestershire. It's like having a shrimp cocktail and salad all in one. People really like it and it certainly couldn't be any easier.
