Recipe: Maple Syrup (sugar free)

MAPLE SYRUP

1-1/4 cups cold water
1 Tbsp cornstarch
Liquid artificial sweetener equal to 1 cup sugar
1 tsp maple flavoring

Combine ingredients in a saucepan; bring to a boil. Serve hot or cold over pancakes, waffles or French toast. Stir before using.
