TEXAS BEEF CASSEROLE
1 package wide egg noodles
1 1/2 pounds ground beef
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 (16 oz.) carton sour cream
1 large onion, chopped
garlic salt
black Pepper
2 cans diced tomatoes
4 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Cook and drain noodles; set aside.
Cook ground beef until done. Drain and set aside.
Combine cream cheese and sour cream; mix well. Stir in the chopped onion, garlic salt and pepper.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
In large casserole dish layer and repeat as follows:
Beef
Noodles
Diced tomatoes
Cream cheese mixture
Shredded cheddar cheese
Bake for 45 minutes at 350 degree or until center of mixtures is bubbly.
