Recipe(tried): Mashed Potato Salad

Salads - Potato, Pasta
MASHED POTATO SALAD

I use Miracle Whip light dressing instead of vinegar.

Boil your spuds and eggs until done (the amount is up to you- about 6 to 10 eggs to 3 lbs. of spuds); peel.

Chop up 1 or 2 onions or grate them and mix in with your eggs and spuds.

Mash them all up together and then add your Miracle Whip to your taste and texture. Salt & pepper to your taste. You can also add chopped up chives or green beans and any other veggie that you may like that would be nice in a mashed potato salad.

Put in refrigerator. Serve when cold and enjoy.
