Recipe: Italian Tuna and Spiral Pasta Salad (using Italian dressing)

ITALIAN TUNA AND SPIRAL PASTA SALAD

1 (5 ounce) package spiral macaroni
2 cans (6 1/2 ounces each) tuna, chilled and drained
1 (6 ounce) jar marinated artichoke hearts, chilled and undrained
1/4 cup Italian dressing
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
2 tablespoons capers, drained
Dash of ground black pepper
Salad greens (optional, for serving)

Cook macaroni as directed on package; drain. Rinse with cold water; drain.

Mix macaroni and remaining ingredients, except salad greens.

Serve on salad greens if desired.

Makes 4 servings
