Recipe: Mayonnaise Rolls - Christine...is this it?

Breads - Muffins, Quick Breads
These are made in a muffin pan, but I was wondering if they were close to what you remember? I found it on the net.

MAYONNAISE ROLLS

This is a recipe I found when I was a newlywed looking for something quick to serve at a last minute dinner for my new in-laws! Luckily, they turned out great!

It's a one bowl, three ingredient recipe that bakes in 8 minutes and they are so good tasting, you can eat them without butter.

They are also good to make ahead and freeze so you always have them on hand.

1 cup self-rising flour
1/2 cup milk
1 tablespoon (rounded) mayonnaise

Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Grease 8 muffin cups.

Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl. Stir until smooth. Spoon into greased muffin cups.

Bake at 450 degrees for 8 minutes.
