Recipe: Zucchini Bread with Chocolate Chips (with raisins, nuts and cinnamon)

3 eggs
1 cup sugar
2/3 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup oil
2 cups grated zucchini
2 teaspoons vanilla
2 1/2 cups flour
1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate morsels
1/2 cup chopped nuts
In a bowl, with an electric mixer at medium speed, beat eggs; add sugar, brown sugar, oil, zucchini and vanilla.
Sift together flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon; mix well. Add to the creamed mixture.
Stir in raisins, chocolate chips and chopped nuts. Pour batter into two
5x9x3-inch greased loaf pans.
Bake at 325 degrees F for 55 to 60 minutes. Remove from the pan and cool on a wire rack.
