Recipe(tried): Meat Marinate - Excellent

I thoroughly enjoy this site, now it is my turn to share. I've used this recipe many times; with beef, venison, wild goose, it is wonderful, & everyone always asks for the recipe - uses ingredients that I always have on hand too. Enjoy !

Meat Marinate - Excellent
4 Tbsp. oil
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. onion salt
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp MSG (I often substitute Rudolph's meat tenderizer)
1 tsp. liquid smoke
Sprinkle meat to marinate with pepper.
We like to cut meat into small chunks before soaking overnight in marinate. Great to put on skewers & grill.
