4 6 oz Fresh Ahi Tuna Steaks -- 3/4 inch thick

6 tbsps Butter
3 Green onions -- finely sliced
1 tsp Minced fresh cilantro
1 1/2 tbsps Fresh lime juice
1 1/2 tbsps Japanese soy sauce
1 1/2 tbsps Prepared Wasabi
Tobiko (Japanese Flying Fish Roe) -- optional

Brush Tuna with oil & sprinkle with dill & pepper. Assemble sauce ingredients in small saucepan. Heat grill to high. Place tuna 4 inches below grill & sear for 2 minutes. Rotate 90 degrees and turn; tunr again after 60 seconds. Remove from grill white tuna is still rare. (Can be cooked on bbq grill, great results!)

Combine other ingredients & heat slowly, stirring constantly until sauce thickens slightly, pour over tuna.

Throw tobiko at plates from about three feet away, creating dramatic & artistic effect.
