Help! I have "boat loads" of Yellow Tail

Misc.

Well we traded a ton of home grown tomatoes for some fish and now my freezer is full of Yellow Tail! Spicy Yellow Tail happens to be my sons favorite sushi dish, but Im looking for a way to please the masses and cook some of it up. Any ideas, I really need the room in my freezer! Thanks a million!
