1 can of evaporated milk
1 can of condensed milk
4 eggs
14 ounces of regular milk
1 teaspoon of vanilla
one microwave safe baking pan with the hole in the middle
1 cup of sugar
1 teaspoon of water

Blend all the ingredients except sugar and water and set aside

Take 1 cup of sugar with 1 teaspoon of water and place it in the microwave for about 3 minutes if not dark yet place it another minute until brown.

Pour it in the baking pan evenly let it cool until it gets hard.

Add the flan mix over the caramel place it in the microwave for 10 minutes (if it is a 700 watts in 50% heat then rotate the baking dish and add another 10 minutes in 50% heat) When done let it cool then refrigerate When ready to serve turn it up side down on to another flat dish then you will see the caramel over it
