This is a nice fruit dish for company breakfast. We had this for a breakfast "starter" while staying at the Bed and Breakfast and asked for the recipe. It is wonderful.
Recipe By : Mulberry Inn Bed and Breakfast, Martins Ferry, Ohio
Serving Size : 8

2 cups water
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 can pineapple chunks in juice, 20 oz.
5 whole bananas -- sliced
1 juice of one lemon
1 can orange juice, frozen concentrate, 12 oz.
strawberries
1 can peaches, drained
maraschino cherries

Boil water, add sugar, stir until dissolved. Cool. Mix in pineapple, bananas, lemon juice and orange juice. May add strawberries, peaches and maraschino cherries as desired or available. Freeze. To serve, thaw slightly, put into serving bowls, cover with plastic, refreeze till serving time. Serve slightly thawed.
Servings vary according to ingredients.

Serving Ideas : Serve in pedestal glass sundae bowls. Very pretty to look at!
