Recipe(tried): New England Clams Chowder

Soups
New England Clam Chowder

Cook in dutch oven until onion is soft:
1/4 lb. Salt pork.....minced
1 lg. Onion.....diced

Place in pot with above and cook until
potatoes are tender about 20 min.
2 lg. Potatoes....diced
2 cans Minced Clams with juice
3 med. Potatoes....grated
2 1/2 C. Hot water

If the soup is to thick for your
tastes you may thin with hot milk.

This is my Grandmother's recipe
