NEW WAVE BEANS AND FRANKS
2 cans (15-ounces each) pinto beans, undrained
8 turkey hot dogs, cut into 1/2-inch slices
1/4 cup pickle relish
1/3 cup ketchup
2 tablespoons honey
Combine all ingredients in a 2-quart baking dish.
Cover with plastic wrap; fold back a small corner of wrap to allow steam to escape.
Microwave at HIGH 8 to 10 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes.
Makes 6 to 8 servings
