Recipe: Curry in a Hurry Wings (baked, using yogurt)

CURRY IN A HURRY WINGS

2 cups plain yogurt
3 tablespoons curry powder
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon chopped garlic
1 teaspoon salt
12 chicken wings, cut in half at joints, wing tips removed and discarded

In bowl combine yogurt, curry powder, oil, cinnamon, garlic and salt.

Place wings in resealable plastic bag. Pour in yogurt mixture and shake to cover the wings. Refrigerate for 2 hours or as long as overnight.

WHEN READY TO COOK:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Cover a rimmed baking sheet with foil and spray foil with nonstick cooking spray.

Remove wings from marinade, letting marinade drip off. Place wings on baking sheet. Discard marinade.

Roast 20-25 minutes or until done.

Makes 24 pieces
