Recipe: Noodles Romanoff

Noodles Romanoff

3 Cups Cooked egg noodles
1 Cup Cottage cheese
1 Cup Commercial sour cream
1/4 Cup Finely chopped onion
1 Clove garlic, peeled and crushed
1 1/2 Teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
2 Drops Tabasco sauce (to taste)
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
1/2 Cup Grated sharp Cheddar cheese

Combine all of the ingredients except the Cheddar cheese in a greased, 8-inch, heat-resistant, non-metallic square baking dish. 2. Sprinkle the grated cheese over the top and heat, uncovered, in Microwave Oven 12 to 14 minutes or until cheese melts.
