Recipe(tried): Open Face Hamburgers
SandwichesMy ex used to make these and they were quite tasty as well as easy to make.
The process involved mixing raw hamburger with some ketchup and just a little bit of mustard. Some Lawry's Season Salt and some onion powder was also added. The mixture was then spread VERY thinly on the cut-side of hamburger buns (therefore you get 2 open faced sandwiches with each hamburger bun. These are then placed in the oven and broiled until done.
Sorry that I can not be more specifice on the ingredient quantities as it is pretty much a personal choice thing. I have not made these in probably 15 years, but will try to so this week. After making them I should be able to give you a better idea on the ingredient amounts if you are interested.
