Recipe: Tic-Tac-Toe Toast

Sandwiches
TIC-TAC-TOE TOAST

1 slice of brown bread
1 slice of white cheese
3 narrow strips of ham
4 strips of yellow cheese
1 pitted black olive

Turn on the broiler and grill the piece of brown bread until it is lightly toasted on one side.

Lay a slice of cheese on the untoasted side of the bread. Decorate with the strips of cheese, ham, and sliced olive. Lay the strips of yellow cheese out like a tic-tac-toe board. Use the strips of ham to make X's and the olive slices to make O's.

Heat the broiler and place the toast under it. The toast will be ready when the cheese has melted and is bubbling gently.
