Recipe: Osterizer Tuna Delight

Hi Jerry, I dug out my old Osertizer Blender Spin Cookery Cookbook (1970) and found a tuna spread recipe that might be close:

TUNA DELIGHT

1 (7 oz) can tuna, drained
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 teaspoon prepared mustard
1/2 small onion
2 sprigs parsley
1 (3-inch) dill pickle, cut in pieces

Flake tuna into a medium bowl. Put remaining ingredients into blender container, cover and process at WHIP until smooth. Pour over tuna and mix well.

Yield: about 1 1/2 cups

Thanks for bringing this up - I haven't looked at this booklet in ages!
