OZARK PUDDING

1 egg
3/4 cups sugar
2 tablespoons flour
1 1/4 teaspoons baking powder
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup chopped nuts
1/2 cup chopped apples
1 teaspoon vanilla
One egg and three-fourths cup sugar, beaten together for a long time until very smooth.
Mix two tablespoons of flour, one and one-fourth teaspoon of baking powder, one-eights teaspoon of salt. Add to egg-sugar mixture, add one-half cup chopped nuts, one-half cup chopped apple, one teaspoon vanilla.
Bake in greased pie tin in a 350 degree F oven for 35 minutes.
