Recipe(tried): Stuff - Jello-Cottage Cheese Dish for Erma

Desserts - Puddings, Gelatin
Hi Erma, I don't think this is the same, but it sounds similar. A friend makes this and calls it simply "stuff" She calls it pink stuff if she uses strawberry jello, or green stuff if she uses lime etc. We all enjoy it. Hope it will help!

STUFF

1 large (6 oz) box jello, your favorite flavor
1 large can crushed pineapple, undrained
1 large (16 oz) carton small curd cottage cheese
1 large container whipped topping (Cool Whip), thawed

Simply mix the dry jello and pineapple, then add the remaining ingredients.

Store in the fridge.
