PALMER-BEECH CHOCOLATE POUND CAKE

1 1/2 sticks butter
5 eggs
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 cup milk
1/2 cup Crisco
3 cups sugar
3 cups cake flour (Mama always used SoftasSilk)
4 Tablespoons cocoa

Spray a large tube pan or bundt pan with PAM. Preheat the oven to 325 degrees. Cream butter, Crisco, and sugar. Sift together dry ingredients. Add the dry
ingredients to the butter mixture. Add eggs and milk alternately. Stir ingredients well and beat until well blended. Bake in the oven for one hour and 25 minutes.

ENJOY!
