FROZEN COFFEE SQUARES
16 large marshmallows
1/2 cup strong-brewed coffee
1 cup heavy (whipping) cream, whipped
chocolate shavings
Combine marshmallows and coffee in medium saucepan. Cook over low heat until marshmallows melt, stirring frequently. Cool.
Fold in whipped cream. Spoon into 8x8-inch pan. Freeze for 3 hours, or until firm.
Sprinkle top with chocolate shavings. Cut into squares to serve.
Servings: 9
