Recipe: Party Barbecued Shrimp

Hi Linda!Havent tried this yet but am intending to. Hope you enjoy!

Party Barbecued Shrimp
Yield: 12 large appetizers

2 lbs. large fresh shrimp,unpeeled
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup lime juice
1/4 cup soy sauce
3 Tbsp. finely chopped parsley
2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
1 clove garlic,crushed
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Peel and devein shrimp; place in a large shallow container.

Combine remaining ingredients, stirring well; pour over shrimp. Cover and refrigerate 2-3 hours, stirring shrimp occasionally.

Remove shrimp from marinade and thread on skewers. Grill skewered shrimp over medium coals 3-4 minutes on each side or till desired degree of doneness.

Transfer shrimp to a serving platter. Serve shrimp on wooden picks.
