Recipe: Pasta Primavera Salad with Dill Dressing (using elbow macaroni)

Salads - Potato, Pasta
PASTA PRIMAVERA SALAD

"I made this recipe yesterday while I was "snowed-in." It is creamy and crunchy at the same time. It made an awful lot...next time I'll cut the recipe in half. It is just as good today as it was yesterday, so it keeps well in the refrigerator. I especially enjoyed the hint of dill flavor."

2 cups elbow macaroni, cooked and drained (measure before cooking)
2 cups broccoli florettes (I used half broccoli, half cauliflower)
2 cups sliced celery
1 cup sliced carrots
1/2 cup sliced green onion
1/2 cup diced green bell pepper
FOR THE DRESSING:
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon dill weed
1 teaspoon garlic salt

Combine cooked macaroni, broccoli, celery, carrots, onion, and green pepper in large bowl.

For dressing, combine remaining ingredients in small bowl. Pour over pasta mixture; toss to coat well. Refrigerate.
