GRAHAM CRACKER DELIGHTS

Graham Crackers (I recommend Nabisco Honey Grahams)
1 stick (1/2 cup) REAL butter*
1 stick (1/2 cup) margarine
1/2 cup white granulated sugar
1 1/4 cup chopped pecans

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Spray jelly roll pan and spatula with Pam or Baker's Joy and with a paper towel, wipe off excess.

Place graham crackers in a single layer on prepared baking sheet.

In a pot, melt the butter, margarine, and sugar and bring to a hard boil for 3 1/2 to 4 minutes. Stir occasionally.

Pour mixture over the graham crackers and sprinkle with pecans.

Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Remove from baking sheet and place on aluminum foil immediately.

Let cool and break into halves or quarters.

*DO NOT SUBSTITUTE EITHER THE BUTTER OR MARGARINE. THE MIXTURE WILL NOT TURN OUT IF YOU DO.

Warning: These are addictive. I took them on our choir tour this past weekend and they were eaten very fast!
