Recipe: Peach Crisp (using Grape Nuts)

Misc.
PEACH CRISP
makes 10-12 small servings

4 or 5 fresh peaches*
1 cup Grape Nuts
1 tsp. butter
1/4 cup apple juice concentrate
1 tsp. cinnamon

Peel, core and dice peaches.
Place in a greased pie plate.
Stir in Grape Nuts and cinnamon. Top with dabs of butter.
Bake 350 for 25 minutes.
Serve warm, plain, with milk or with peach yogurt on top.

I'm sure you can substitute cooking apples, or even a can of apple pie filling if you wished.
