Recipe: Pepperoni Balls

PEPPERONI BALLS

1 loaf frozen bread dough, thawed
1/4 lb. Mozzarella cheese, cubed
1/4 to 1/2 lb. pepperoni, sliced thin

Place 1 cheese cube on 1 slice pepperoni. Pinch off a piece of dough and shape carefully around cheese and pepperoni, forming a ball. Repeat until all ingredients are used. Fry in deep hot oil for about 5 minutes or until golden brown, turning once. Drain on paper towels. Serve hot.
