Recipe(tried): Pierogi Dough

Misc.

The best and easiest pierogi dough that I have ever had and made is as follows:

1 pint of sour cream (2 cups)
2 cups of flour

Mix together. It will be sticky at first but keep stirring and kneading with hands until you get a consistency that you can roll out. Flour the table and roll out dough onto it. Cut as desired and fill with desired filling.
