CRANBERRY MUSTARD
1/2 cup sweetened dried cranberries, finely chopped
2 tbsp honey
1 (8 oz) jar Dijon mustard
4 decorative jars (4 oz. each)
In small microwave safe bowl, combine cranberries, honey and 1 tablespoon of the mustard; mix well.
Microwave on high for 45 to 60 seconds or until hot. Cool 2 minutes.
Stir in remaining mustard.
Divide mixture evenly into jars; cover. Store in Refrigerator.
Makes 1 1/2 cups
