Recipe: pignolata (but not the dessert, but with black olives and onions)

I have been looking for the recipe for what my Sicilian grandmother called PIGNOLATA, but is not the desert. It is made of bread dough,wrapped as if it were a turban, and inside there are black olives and onions. Does anyone out there know the name for this dish and the recipe???
