Recipe(tried): Applebees Fry Seasoning
Herbs and SpicesI worked at an Applebee's years ago. The only thing that goes on the fries are a very fine salt and pepper mixture. The fries themselves have a coating that comes on them frozen for the supplier. No idea what that is though, and the supplier isn't gonna tell you. (Sysco)
