Recipe(tried): Cheesy Corn Bake

CHEESY CORN BAKE

2 tbsp. butter
4 tsp flour
Pinch garlic powder
3/4 cup milk
1 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese
1 (3 oz) pkg cream cheese, cubed
3 pkgs (10 oz each) frozen whole kernel corn, thawed
1/3 cup diced ham

In a large saucepan, melt butter. Stir in flour and garlic powder. Add milk, cook stirring constantly, over medium heat until thickened and bubbly.

Stir in the cheddar and cream cheese and cook, over low heat until melted.

Stir in corn and ham. Pour into a 2-quart casserole dish.

Bake in a 350 degree F oven for 45 minutes.
