Recipe(tried): Pineapple Fruit Tree

Appetizers and Snacks
I did one of these when I got married the second time and catered my own reception.

Take a pineapple- I got one that stood really well. Then I took skewers and put strawberries, pineapple (cut from another pineapple), watermelon, cantaloupe, honeydew, grapes, star fruit or whatever you want..Just put them on the skewers with a whole strawberry at end...

Stick the bottom of the skewer into the pineapple at a 45 degree angle all over the pineapple. Looks pretty and makes a neat way to serve the fruit. Serve with a dip made of cream cheese and cool whip....
