Recipe(tried): Pizza Sauces - Salsa and Alfredo

Hi John;

You sound like a gourmet, I am almost afraid my simple receipe will suffer by comparison! Anyway, just a quick, get home @ 6:00, gotta make something quick and good sauce I really like.

Take your favorite salsa (mine- chunky, extra spicy & hot) add to a small amount of olive oil with fresh chopped garlic, finish with fresh basil simmer and presto - quick, easy and very tasty pizza sauce.

It is simple but is really flavor-full. I hope you enjoy it!

Just thought of another one! I make alfredo sauce and top pizza with either seafood or chicken and various fresh vegies. Makes for a nice change from the everyday red sauce pizza!
