Recipe(tried): Poppy Seed Dressing

POPPY SEED DRESSING
Makes 3/4 cup

1/3 cup sugar
2 Tbsp. vinegar
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 tsp. poppy seeds

Mix sugar, vinegar, lemon juice, salt and mustard in a mixer bowl or food processor. Gradually add oil, beating until thick and smooth. Stir in poppy seeds. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours.
