Recipe: Pork Chop Italiano (serves 1)

Pork Chop Italiano

1 pork chop
1 teaspoon oil
1 envelope Tomato Cup*a*Soup
1/2 cup boiling water
1/4 cup sliced onion
1/4 cup finely chopped bell pepper
1/4 teaspoon dried basil

Brown pork chop in oil;drain. Add remaining ingredients and simmer covered for 45 minutes or until tender. Makes 1 serving.
