Recipe(tried): Potato Water for Sarter

Misc.
Roberta,
When I feed my starter I use the drained, unsalted water from making mashed potatoes. I peel the potatoes. I save the liquid into a bowl to cool and then put it in a glass measuring cup. I don't use but 1 cup of liquid and want the more solid stuff at the bottom so I pour off the top clearer liqud and measure what I need to feed the starter with.
I get a "lush, moister" baked good and the pancakes are great!

Enjoy, Julie
