Recipe: Quick Chocolate Mousse Recipe (using sweetened condensed milk, 1980's)
Desserts - Puddings, GelatinQUICK CHOCOLATE MOUSSE
1 (14 ounce) can Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 (4 serving size) Jell-O instant chocolate pudding and pie filling
1 cup cold water
1 cup (1/2 pint) heavy whipping cream, whipped
Additional whipped cream (optional, for serving)
Strawberries (optional, for serving)
In large mixer bowl, beat sweetened condensed milk, pudding mix and water, chill 5 minutes.
Fold in whipped cream. Spoon into serving dishes, garnish with extra whipped cream and strawberries, if desired.
