Recipe(tried): Ramen Noodle Salad

How about a ramen noodle coleslaw? Don't have one with pasta.

Oriental Coleslaw

1 16 oz. pkg slaw mix
1 bunch green onions sliced
1 3 oz pkg chicken flavore ramen noodles, broke up
1/2 to 3/4 c. slivered almonds
1/2 to 3/4 c. sunflower kernelsBrown almonds and sunflower kernels in 2 Tbsp oil. Combine slaw mix, onions, noodles and nuts. Cover and chill.

Dressing:

Seasoning packet from noodles
1/2 c. salad oil
1/3 c. vinegar
5 Tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp each salt and pepper
1 tsp MSG (Accent)
1 Tbsp soy sauce
Combine in jar, chill til serving.
Pour over slaw, toss to coat.
