Recipe(tried): re: Olive Garden Minestrone Soup

I made the Olive Garden minestrone soup that is in CopyCats, and something is missing! It's tomato! When I tasted it after it was done, I KNEW that the tomato was left out. I added 4 cans of diced tomatoes with basil, then it tasted GREAT! You might make that correction in the recipe. Minestrone soup HAS to have a tomato base.
