Recipe: Two-Step Vegetable Soup
SoupsTWO-STEP VEGETABLE SOUP
1 (14.5 or,) can Del Monte Cut Green Beans
1 (14.5 oz.) can Del Monte Sliced Carrots
1 (14.5 oz.) can Del Monte Diced Tomatoes with Basil, Garlic & Oregano
l (14 oz.) can chicken or beef broth
croutons, crackers or warm bread (optional, for serving)
Drain liquid from all vegetables except tomatoes. Combine all ingredients in large pot. Bring to a boil; then reduce heat and simmer 3 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Serve with croutons, crackers or warm bread, if desired.
Makes 4-6 servings
