Recipe: Strawberry Apple Frost (blender)
BeveragesSTRAWBERRY APPLE FROST
1 cup plain yogurt
1 cup very ripe strawberries (reserve 2 whole strawberries for garnish)
1/3 cup apple juice, no sugar added artificial sweetener, equal to 2 tsp
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
4 ice cubes
Combine all ingredients except reserved berries in blender container; process until frothy.
Divide into 2 stemmed glasses; garnish each serving with a strawberry.
Serves: 2
Per serving: 134 calories, 4 g. protein, 4 g. fat; 19 g. carbohydrate, 53 g. sodium
